Transform4Europe
On May 9, 2022 Mariupol State University became a member of the Alliance of European Universities Transform4Europe. This decision was made during a meeting with the Executive Council of the Alliance.
Membership in the Alliance is another decisive step towards establishment of partnerships with leading higher education institutions of the European Union. The idea of Transform4Europe is simple but ambitious: to work together to change the situation for the better, responding to the changing needs of our immediate environment and the whole world.
Therefore, Transform4Europe partners undertook to introduce regular changes to all the fields of activities carried out by their institutions and to use their advanced experience to drive positive transformations with the help of comprehensive and innovative methods, the kind of experience no individual consortium member could have achieved on its own.
Being a Transform4Europe European University means having new opportunities for the entire university’s community and for the region it operates in:
- new interdisciplinary and international educational programs
- innovative teaching and learning environments
- new mobility models
- close cooperation between universities, companies and other key stakeholders residing in the regions
- creation of a multilingual campus and new language learning opportunities
- active international scientific research
- strengthening the university's stance at the national and international levels.
Transform4Europe was developed by means of consolidating the partners’ potential for the purpose of creating a higher education space of the future.
Transform4Europe partners are convinced that the current challenges can only be overcome through innovative solutions created by a new generation of highly motivated and qualified Europeans. The duty and the aspiration of the united universities is to bring up and train the new generation for them to actively participate in the necessary transformation processes at all levels.
The Transform4Europe university network aims to train a new generation of young Europeans who will work together in various disciplines and acquire digital, intercultural and entrepreneurial skills.
