MSU Representatives adopt experience in digitalization of education in Germany
A team from Mariupol State University took part in a training session as part of the Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative (DIGIUNI) project. This time, the University of Cologne shared the digitalization experience from 25 to 28 November.
Dmytro Tomas, a leading specialist in the Department of Technical Learning Tools, and Maksym Bulyk, Head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, travelled to Germany.
The training program included daily intensive workshops, lectures, and practical sessions. Throughout the week, the invincible educators studied European practices in implementing modern learning management systems (LMS), microlearning formats, methods of ensuring the quality of educational processes and hybrid learning models.
«This visit was a great opportunity to get acquainted with modern educational practices in German digital education and to identify the benefits and challenges of its implementation in Ukraine. To my mind, the reports dedicated to hybrid learning, the accreditation system for educational programs at the University of Cologne, and the use of artificial intelligence aroused particular interest» says Maksym Bulyk, associate professor of Mariupol State University.
