New international cooperation: MSU signs memorandum with University of New Haven
On November 8, the Memorandum of Cooperation between Invincible University and the University of New Haven, a private educational institution in the United States of America, was signed.
The establishment of links between the two universities in the fields of education, science and culture will create new opportunities. Academic staff will be able to deliver lectures to graduates from both universities, develop academic programme initiatives, conduct joint academic activities and submit funding applications. Students, for their part, will carry out joint project work and enrich their knowledge in their speciality thanks to lecturers from Ukraine and the USA. In addition, MSU's young people will have access to a wide range of online courses and participate in a short academic mobility.
The Rector of Mariupol University, Mykola Trofymenko, and representatives of the University of New Haven's leadership, President Jens Frederiksen, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, Nancy Ortins Savage, signed the partnership document.
Tetyana Marena, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Educational Affairs, Anzhelika Doshchik, Vice-Rector for Economic Affairs and Chief Accountant, Vyacheslav Kudlai, Head of the Department for Information Activities, Iryna Sikorska, Director of the Centre for International Education, and specialists Maria Kustikova and Vadym Yali took part in the event.
