MSU Joins International Association of Universities

The development of partnerships with European and global educational and research institutions has already become a tradition for Mariupol State University.

The International Association of Universities (IAU) has accepted MDU as a full member of the global network of higher education institutions and associations. Impressed by the university’s commitment to excellence in education and dedication to international cooperation, the partners offered their support by granting the invincible university an exceptional waiver of the membership fee for the first year.

Membership in the IAU offers the academic community of Mariupol University numerous benefits: access to a broad network of diverse institutions that share the Association’s vision and mission, resources, partnership opportunities, and knowledge exchange. It also provides the university community with access to the IAU’s World Higher Education Database (WHED), a subscription to the quarterly journal Higher Education Policy, and the Association’s journal IAU Horizons, which feature news in the field of higher education and opportunities for global collaboration.

The MDU academic community will also have the opportunity to participate in events, conferences, and seminars, which are valuable occasions to connect with other members, share best practices, and engage in discussions on the most crucial issues facing higher education today.
