Освітньо-професійна програма спрямована на підготовку фахівця, здатного організовувати освітній процес у початковій школі, вирішувати нестандартні завдання дослідницького характеру у галузі початкової освіти, розв'язувати складні задачі педагогічної діяльності в умовах Нової української школи, фахової передвищої та вищої освіти у межах спеціальності 013 Початкова освіта. Випускники володіють інноваційними технологіями навчання, методами організації наукового та творчого пошуку, а також здатні проводити ефективну педагогічну діяльність, виконувати функції тьютора в громадах у період реінтеграції деокупованих територій.
