5 steps to complete admission process

STEP 1: HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION

Foreigners or stateless people can submit their documents in person or online. After reviewing the admission rules, list of educational programs, and tuition fees, you need to choose the specialty you want to study.

Then, you need to send the following documents to the email: [email protected]:

• a copy of your passport;

• the original document confirming your previous education level and academic achievements (grades/credits, etc.);

• consent to the processing of personal data.

After receiving and reviewing your documents, you will receive a letter of approval or refusal within 1 working day!

 

STEP 2: HOW TO OBTAIN AN INVITATION TO STUDY

After your admission application is approved and you receive a confirmation letter, you can obtain an invitation to study at MSU.

The validity period of the invitation is 1 year. The procedure for obtaining an invitation takes from 2 to 5 working days.

 

STEP 3: OBTAINING A STUDENT VISA

After receiving an invitation to study, you need to contact the nearest Embassy of Ukraine in your country or abroad.

The following documents are required for visa application:

• a passport that meets the following requirements: valid for at least three months after the declared date of departure from Ukraine, containing at least two free pages, with a validity period of no more than 10 years;

• a completed and signed visa application form;

• 1 colour photo measuring 35x45 mm;

• a valid medical insurance policy;

• a document confirming sufficient financial support;

• an invitation to study;

• the original educational document certified in the country of origin.

STEP 4: ARRIVAL

After obtaining a visa, the student must inform the International Students Office about planned arrival (date of crossing the border, means of transportation, contact information of the person who meets them) no later than 3 working days before arrival.

 

STEP 5: ADMISSION AND START OF CLASSES

The foreign student must provide original educational documents to the Admissions Committee for admission to the University.

Within 1-3 working days, the student must take an entrance exam according to the chosen degree and educational program.

After enrolment, you can start your studies.

In addition, after enrolment, you need to contact the International Students Office to prepare documents for obtaining a temporary residence permit in Ukraine for studying from the State Migration Service of Ukraine
