Spark: Support for the development of the penitentiary system

On 28 January 2026, an international online seminar will take place within the framework of the SPARK project: Supporting the Development of the Penitentiary System through Reflection and Knowledge on Linguistic and Cultural Diversity. The seminar is dedicated to the exchange of experience in the fields of language education, intercultural communication, and mediation in the context of work in conditions of deprivation of liberty.

A separate focus of the webinar will be on the social inclusion of internally displaced persons in host communities. Representatives of the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) will take part in the discussion.
